One good knock to that and its dead.... I initially thought about that too, however let's not forget that the shock protrudes when there is a rider on the euc. When there is no weight on the euc, the shock tucks back into the chassis.

I'll try not to judge based solely on this, but that might be an issue for me. If KS finally sticks with this design, and they sell enough to reinvest, hopefully part of their refinement process will be weight savings. Given how far along suspension mountain bikes have come in terms of weight reductions in the last decades, suspension EUCs should have room to improve. Today's EUCs are extremely poor quality compared to high quality mountain bikes. That is also because they are extremely cheap compared to high quality mountain bikes. A Trek Fuel EX 9.9 XO1 full suspension mountain bike costs $7,500 and it's human powered (not electric)! The bike only weighs 29 lbs and its built like a tank. A garbage full suspension mountain bike from Walmart is about $200 and it is about twice as heavy, hardly functions, and falls apart very quickly. Our current EUCs are not as crappy as Walmart bikes, but they are also made in China with the goal of making them as cost effective as possible. We have yet to see anyone make a seriously engineered EUC with advanced materials. A great example of this in the scooter world is the Unagi Model One and the Unagi Model Eleven (brand new). Both of these scooters cost far more than anything else in the same category, but they are extremely light weight and durable because they combine serious engineering and testing with advanced materials. Below is a video of me jumping off a curb on a Unagi Model One. I'm 210 lbs and that tiny scooter handles my weight easily because the build quality and materials are outstanding. I wouldn't do the same type of jump on my Zero 10 because it might break it, even though the Zero 10 has suspension and air filled tires. I'm really hoping that someone decides to make an EUC that is of the quality of a Unagi scooter or a high end mountain bike. This EUC will cost about twice as much as a similar EUC because it will use advanced materials to make it as portable, light, and durable as possible.

Is this typical for coil spring system or is the damping adjustment way off? I would consider that unrideable.

Look at the 11 s when he is going over a smaller stick. Wheel suspension is clearly bouncing. It was not a rider introduced movement. We should know the settings before making judgments .

Seriously XD Dealers are still saying 'Dec-Jan' but given as we've not really had confirmation that the design is even completely finalized I doubt that's gonna happen unfortunately. Really hope it's not going to take too much longer! I love my KS18L but definitely want some more

Rawnei
It's great that they are testing it on this kind of technical off-road, inspires confidence, the steep climb was really great to see, pre-order feels better for every clip.

Scoo
It really looks great. Hope they do some kind of drop/"roll down a hill" test to see where it breaks and try to fix weak points. I think it looks more rigid than most EUC:s already.
Miko.cz
I think they did some . Inside one older Jack video is one scratched enough (with probably new front bumper):
GoldenOne
Anyone know if any dealers have heard anything about shipping? Guessing as there hasn't even really been anything other than the prototype vids we're probably looking at January now...
Mango
Last I read, the earliest shipping date is April 2022. Yeah, it’s being pushed back. My guess is July 2022 before we see any meaningful supply being delivered to customers. Edited November 21, 2021 by Mango
