Sidestreet Reny
Heres a quick little video filmed at the school yard, just messing around with some of my tricks and some standards. Got another video coming from the same day where I show a couple kids (kids are in background out of sight watching) to ride and they do in like an hour. Cool on a hot day.

At 14 seconds into the video you referred to the MSuper as a "KingSong". Blaspheme! I really wouldn't be afraid to ride the wheel because of that. All wheels (even KingSong - try it on your KS18) will potentially do what you are demonstrating. You say this makes you worried about riding the wheel. I don't understand that concern. Cool video demonstration though

It's now all scratched up. The king song doesn't do this at all... It cuts off with no wheel spin.
eddiemoy
Here is a comparison between the King Song and Gotway if you lean them down... 21 minutes ago, Rocky Romero said: I'm amazed with your gliding collection. I think I know what he means. If he drops the wheel (has to dismount), the KS will behave well when it falls on its side, nothing to worry about. With the Gotway, he is afraid that it starts to throw itself around furiously, not only scratching or breaking the enclosure (we got reports of this happening on the forum), but potentially hitting someone nearby, who would have been out of reach otherwise. However, this bug is easy to fix in software. They just need to set the correct cut-off angle. Maybe if someone sends them a link to the comparison video, they will integrate the fix in their next firmware and all is good. Since the enclosure is much bulkier and wider on the Gotway, the wheel is lifted off the ground earlier. The software just needs to account for that. Wait, can the owner upgrade a Gotway wheel these days, or is it still a visit at the shop to get a firmware fix? Oh, and neither my NB1 E+ nor my KS16S do this. They stop the wheel before it lifts off, no matter how slowly you lean it onto its side.

Looks like good weather up there. They are filling in the multiple rock sections with concrete. Construction employees use hand tools to remove the rock so that a concrete cap can be applied. Concrete probably can be poured for another two or more months before it gets too cold. These guys don't look like the EUC rider type. Good commercial. Unbelievable one legged riding skills! Edited September 1, 2017 by steve454

That was a great contest you organized, many thanks for a very enjoyable thread! It was so much work on your part, along with the moderators and @Jason McNeil. Whew! And the controversy almost derailed it, but it came to fruition and was great!
