  1. Ha Ha, well, sometimes you get a person that uses too much pressure and speed and it actually starts to hurt. Then you have to ask for less pressure and even then it doesn't feel all that good sometimes. My favorite masseuse moved back to China.
  2. Foot massages are good for your overall heath as well. The reflexology points in the feet are connected to the whole body. I've enjoyed them at least once a month for years. And if you find a good masseuse, it feels so good and relaxing.
  3. Welcome to the forum! The person selling the wheel made that one post on Nov 5th, and appears to have never visited the forum since. (if you hover the mouse cursor over his name, a pop up appears showing the .last time he visited.)
  4. I seem to remember someone else getting those pieces and that they are to stand the wheel leaning to one side like a kickstand. I think they slide on one of the pedals or the back of the shell, but can't remember. Oh, wait, here it is with photos. It was @ir_fuel that figured it out.
  5. Your welcome. Hopefully it's the switch and not the circuit board.
  6. This is an old post, but you could try the email for yueyue, I'm pretty sure she still works there. But since that model wheel you have seems to have been discontinued, you will probably need to find a company that builds custom battery packs.
  7. I don't know if they still take orders for custom paint, but I bet they do. If I remember correctly, in another post the kingsong rep said you could order any color for about an extra $73. Ah, here it is, from last year. It was for the KS16, but seems they could do any model. https://forum.electricunicycle.org/topic/7991-king-song-accepts-colorful-pictures-for-making-beautiful-and-unique-models/ . Also they did wraps.
  8. I think you type the @ symbol and the first few letters of the name, then a drop down list of names will appear. Click on the name you want and it will insert in your post colored blue. That's on a laptop, never tried it on a phone.
  9. There seem to be a lot of aussies in the forum, but if you hover the cursor over each profile you will see that a lot of them haven't been visiting the forum lately. https://forum.electricunicycle.org/search/?&type=core_members&joinedDate=any&group[4]=1&group[11]=1&group[15]=1&group[14]=1&group[18]=1&group[17]=1&group[19]=1&group[12]=1&group[6]=1&group[3]=1&group[20]=1&group[16]=1&group[13]=1&group[21]=1&core_pfield_6=australia
  10. The reset button is under the charge port cover to the left side. Look at section 5.9 of this manual. https://fccid.io/2ADUSSCVV3/User-Manual/User-Manual-2497453

    HELP

The F400 is not even made anymore, there is a youtube video of one uploaded in 2013. The spark may have fried the battery management board or the charger plug or pins. You should consider buying a newer wheel. I don't think parts are still available for that wheel. Have you looked at Speedyfeet's website? https://www.speedyfeet.co.uk/
  12. Did you remove the grub screw in the middle of each pedal shaft, underneath the pedals? I'm pretty sure Inmotion has them, it's three grub screws per pedal on my ninebots. Different size for the middle one also.
  13. There is one other Pastafarian on this forum, from Italy. I forget his forum name but his profile picture shows him wearing a colander as a hat. Someone asked him about the hat and he explained that he is a Pastafarian.
  14. I've read of this before but can't find it in the forum. I think you have to contact inmotion service. One thing you could try is to delete and then reinstall the app. In the screen shot the factory default won't work if you hit apply?
  15. The charger might be bad, and the batteries in the Firewheel might be dead now. Only advice I can think of is to get a multimeter and check the voltage of the battery and the output of the charger. I think the charger should put out 67 volts, and the battery should not be less than about 60 volts at the lowest. If the battery gets too low it won't charge, and might be the reason the wheel only turns on with the charger connected, I'm guessing the battery is bad.
  16. Have you tried Autozone or other auto parts stores? They loan tools for free, just leave a deposit. Might get lucky and find one with a 24mm socket.
  17. @Bob Eisenman I wonder if EUCNYC does that repair? http://www.euc.nyc/
  18. Try Inmotion Canada. https://inmotioncanada.com/collections/all
  19. You can select edit and then backspace it into oblivion. Then you can just use as reason for edit anything you want, or change it to something completely different. I think we get two weeks to edit posts. Not sure if you can do that to change the title of a new thread.

    IPS S5

Look on the bottom of the pedals for a QR code, some manufacturers put the app link either there or on the box or in the owner manual. The IPS website is crappy, clicking on the app link doesn't work. I found a link at the Singapore official distributor for the Lhotz and Zero apps, but not the I5 or S5. If you don't find the app where I suggested looking, you could try one of the other IPS apps, maybe they will work. https://ipswheel.asia/app-download.html @IPS Malta might have a link, but hasn't visited since late September.
  21. Try Tec-Toyz but you probably have to get the whole shell. https://tec-toyz.com/products/gotway-msuper-v3-shell . Also Euc Nyc is local to you, give them a call tomorrow. http://www.euc.nyc/parts-and-accessories/
  22. The only way to keep the batteries from going bad from self discharge is to charge them at least every three months whether you are going to ride or not. Interestingly, Ninebot used to have that in the owners manual, but the latest update to the app shows that they now recommend charging every month. In your case, it might not be worth it to replace the batteries on those older wheels. Maybe buy a couple of newer wheels, more money yes, but newer technology.
