Sometimes I wonder if people just read what they want to see on these forums. Apparently, all those times I thought I was climbing uphill on my Monster, I was standing still *smh Seriously? Why are you quoting me? Where did I ever say that you said the Monster was faster up the hill ????? It's so funny because you stated "I wonder if people just read what they want to see on these forums". You just did that !!!! Again, where did I ever say that you said the Monster was faster up the hill ???

Michael Vu
Ran into a guy who did some filming for a band that has a good following. Apparently a few of the guys in the band love their Airwheels. Here's the guitarist showing his stuff. It starts at 4:42.

I love to wheel and golf so why not combine the fun? Anyone in San Diego can borrow it and give me feedback. Facebook Video
Popular Post meepmeepmayer
You really might be on to something there with your attachment slot! It may be the EUC equivalent of a bike's rack/luggage carrier. Also great to attach additional EUC specific bags, baskets, an enclosure for additional batteries, etc. Maybe in 5 years, most EUCs will have such a slot as a standard[ized] feature. It could be a bit like the built in telescoping handle - most people would prefer to have one if available with their wheels, quite the selling point. I'm already wishing my ACM had such an easy attachment point. When are you going to start your own EUC company? We could certainly need a communicative, maybe "Western", performance and extreme/offroad stuff focused manufacturer; and you seem to have some talent there Edited April 2, 2017 by meepmeepmayer

Let's take a step back and maybe factor in the topographical differences between hills in New York and ones in California which may help explain some variation in people's findings with the Monster's climbing abilities. Add in rider weight and riding technique along with production differences between wheel batches, and I think it is possible for each party to actually be both correct in their findings. It seems to me that we are all passionate about our wheels and their unique capabilities and differences. If they could only hurry up and invent Star Trek beaming technology so we could visit each other to compare notes in person, that would make life easier. Unfortunately for now as good gentlemen and gentlewomen we should give each other the benefit of the doubt and respect that we all have our unique opinions on matters which may not totally coincide with each others. Really, hunka? A polite and diplomatic answer, with no direct or partially hidden insults or trolling? What's wrong with you?!

I guess you weren't vouching for that then? It's okay, I promise not to "gain [any more] momentum" going up hills on my Monster again and possibly anger the Almighty ACM~

Kinda explains the user name doesn't it? Plus no one likes to see mom and dad fighting (or having sex for that matter). When that doesn't work it's time for EUC jousting with water canons at 100 m! Uphill! It's always a tricky wicket when you value the opinions of both parties and realize that both actually have valid points. They each have a lot of experience with various wheels under their belts. There's nothing wrong with having strong opinions. I think it's better overall though to respectfully view and discuss the statements put forth from different perspectives logically rather than to allow our emotional responses to take hold of us. This is what Spock taught me while watching a lot of "Star Trek." 3 hours ago, Demargon said: Hi! I'm back with new short video. This guy (in the vid) really shouldn't say sh*t like that in an interview...or any place else for that matter. Just not cool bro. "I was extreme at 2 1/2 years old" "I mastered the skateboard" Guh?? Popular Post Jonathan Tolhurst
"Crossover" Returning Boomerang Just a bit of electric unicycling fun from this morning's practice session - an extension of the "returning boomerang" - where the rider takes the opposite path to the wheel with both the wheel and the rider returning to the start point at the same time. This tick could potentially be jazzed up by tumbling (somersaulting) around the circle, or perhaps performing it around something more interesting than a set of cones!

Except for the cones. And the jumping back on part. And I'm more like running after it in the same direction. While other people are leaping over it. I also jazz it up by flailing my arms around wildly yelling "Ahhhhh!!!! Look out look out!!!!! Oh no oh nooooo!" Come to think of it, replace "orange cones" with "innocent, unsuspecting bystanders," and it becomes exactly the "trick" I practice regularly. BTW, welcome @Mr. Spock to the forums!
