Not sure.. it is hard to understand how this is all working.. Honestly all i want to know is if my pre-order was early enough to be in the first batch... Since the announcement of the first batch i have just been checking email hoping to get that invoice from ewheels to pay the rest! Then get my wheel only to find 1 trillion things wrong with it that need fixing from first batch QA problems ;-) (just kidding) Ill take whatever extras come my way.. or none at all.. I guess majority of us would ask if the screen is changeable from standard to imperial units. Why don't you ask in the forum section that advises on which wheel to get? Just state what experience you have, your weight, what you want to use it for, on road or off road etc. Going by your username etc you seem to have already decided but sometimes it's good to get some reasoned advice. For the first 45min all I did was play with settings. This thing can ride so much differently with setting changes it’s crazy. It felt way more stable then 16x over 30km/hr. I’m a big dude, and I don’t plan on going over 50km. The customization is fun, you can brake with the unit floating u back a little bit, or you can stiffen it up and stop without pedals leaning back. It was great, v12 felt weird at first but I knew it was good when I went back to my 16x and the 16x felt like poop comparatively. I’m excited to get my 16x replacement in a few weeks. Nothing wrong with 16x, but it’s at 5,000km and when something goes, I don’t wanna wait for a wheel. I thought about rs torque instead, but I don’t need the extra speed, rather have better build quality. *my riding style is pretty chill I generally don’t go above 40km on a reg basis. I am hoping the newer v11's actually get better.. I hope they continue down the suspension route. It is something that while i dont quite need right now, i feel like it is absolutely necessary for EUCs. My concern with the v12 isnt so much mechanical failures.. those can be ironed out.. I know with the v11 it was actually hard to get intouch with inmotion to even get repairs sorted out.. I am hoping that is just from everything going on and things are getting better! It was the best and most honest, informative review I have seen so far. He really explains the effects of the various configurations available, something that I think many reviewers have failed to do..They just rode it as they had been given it, and didn’t seem to think too much about the effects of pedal height or software settings.. the Vid is well worth a watch.IMO 5 Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
