Rama did a bang up job directing the games, but it can be a good thing to delegate and offload some more of the work.  I think @The Fat Unicyclist would have been a great person to add commentary.  Maybe one could also interview the contestants and add a personal side to things to get like a little back story going.  Maybe a team manning the livecam making it more mobile might be an idea.  It looked though like it was tough enough just to get it all completed in the time allotment available.  And EUC cheerleaders?!!  Where was the EUC cheer team?    Did anyone call the local media for some TV coverage of the event?

PS:  I'm no legal beaglologist, but I wonder if it might be wise to not use the Olympic symbol in videos or stills as it's copyrighted.  

All great ideas, and all in the original plans. With very little budget, less volunteers showing up than planned, people miraculously appearing last minute to help with the livestreaming, cameras, some things went overlooked. Planned on commentator, but I don't think anyone else could have done this first round other than myself. It was a huge undertaking, all while supporting a family and having about a week to do all the last minute stuff, I think it was a huge success. It was a true community effort and we did the best we could, riders included. This was no easy course, nor did I want it to be. Looking forward to the next and yes I share your sentiments and with any luck, our great footage will be the springboard for attaining all of the goals come next year. Thanks again to all involved and to the community as a whole because I didn't do this, my family didn't do this....we ALL did it together. Oh and that Olympic flyer was not supposed to get used. 😬 The livestreaming guys found it on my computer and used it during breaks.

I've gone ahead and sent you a link to download the raw footage of your performance. The color profile is pretty flat so you might want to bump the saturation a bit. Have fun with it!

@Roll_On I also have the whole thing. I was a judge sitting front and center I wanted to record all the performances but my memory card was full after the 3 performance. I deleted all but yours! Do you care if I post it on youtube or would you like a download link in a PM?

Hello Flyboy 10:  Many thanks for capturing my Freestyle performance (the 1st performer with umbrella).  Posting to a web site like YouTube or Google Drive is OK with me as long I could download the entire video.

Concerning your statement, "but my memory card was full after the 3 performance", thus being the first performer in this case appear to be an advantage

I think I recognize the rendering of the helmet. Remember the guy that does the drawings. @trya posts them? I think, but not sure, he has also done sculptures. The style is the same.

That's right, the author is Yuri Borodin aka dedborodin. He told me he made only 3 pieces of this. Maybe you found it on this forum?

Dates are now confirmed for 2020. LA EUC Games v2.0 is coming back to the Encino Velodrome for 2 days of fun competitions. Look for more race heats, more obstacles, more Sumo and more freestyle runs...Mark your calendars for October 24 and 25, 2020. Since the Games will be two days, @Marty Backe will your tour now be 2 weeks of riding? 😜
