Popular Post meepmeepmayer
(Sorry for another picture spam post, but it's the Photo Thread) @Roadrunner Look where I went, just for you. Didn't know where to go anyways, so... It was a neat overland trip. Really nice views of the rolling hills and scenic villages everywhere. And here we are. Central church square. Memorial for the fallen of WW1 and 2. One more for @Roadrunner. Leaving the village (much smaller than I expected). Nice building on a village square somewhere else. So many chickens (and ducks and geese and swans) today. Must be spring. (Just some random Bavarian roadside scenery.) Route (clockwise). 55km or so. The problem has been that I'm too busy riding and that keeps me out of the workshop

I never gave much thought to where you stored your wheels, I just assumed they stayed by the garden wall like in your signature photo. Yeah, even YOU could knock up a stand in a morning. Warning, make it big enough for 15 wheels.

You were just 243 km/h shy of braking the speed of sound!!! Still...pretty impressive! So...based on the speed and distance travelled...that was a 50-second ride? That full sun does make a big difference, I will agree but 3m/s wind, takes it away again (swings and roundabouts) I'm coming over. Now where did I put my Speedos? The past week we had winds at 7-14 m/s. I can say not fun to ride at 10+ m/s winds. Especially in open areas and tricky at best at cross sections.
