I find them terrifically gross but the insect-eating ones are almost preposterously helpful.

Closest bat encounter I have ever experienced! The damn thing flew threw an open kitchen door. While everyone was screaming and covering their heads I grabbed a kitchen towel and threw it over it's ugly body! It would not let go of the towel and just hung there!

From the sky !

Awesome. I have my drones with me at the lake and hope to capture some  boating shots. The 10 year old kid next door has a Mavic. Not sure why his patents bought him such an expensive drone since he has never flown.  I need to stay clear of him!

Salem, Massachusetts is better known for the witch trials in 1692.

https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Salem_witch_trials

Where exactly the condemned were hung (Proctor's Ledge) after the trials was recently finalized through the historical records work of a Salem State University professor.

The town is in the pricess if building a memorial at that site

It was early aftwrnoon on Super Bowl Sunday (Feb5) when I decided to roll over to the site (Proctor's Ledge), a place I had recently read about but never visited. The photo is the back side of Proctors ledge and can be viewed (barely) with Google Earth on either Pope Street or Proctor Street.

Having a trip with my KS16

Nice photo! The cloud bank is really fascinating.

It looks to be 'Gedong Songo'.

Another trip to beach

I was listening to a couple of musicians from Indonesia on YouTube awhile ago. Irfan Laoki (South Celebes) and Angga BassAddict (Makassar?). Angga is a left handed bass player and Irfan plays drums. Good listening.

Angga does a really good Bruno Mars - 24K Magic too:
