Popular Post Eucner
Inmotion has released inner tube replacement video. I hope this isn't how my tire was mounted. It made me wondering how they manage more complicated tasks. 3 3 1

techyiam
This is a huge embarrassment for Inmotion. Inmotion needs to remove this video ASAP.
Cerbera
Nothing like having the right tools for the job hey ? They should at least invest in some tyre wedges so we don't risk puncturing the inner tube with the slightest slip of those long metal flat blades he was using instead of them ! Makes me appreciate how much easier it is on the Gotways...
techyiam
It almost seemed like one of Inmotion competitors disguised as Inmotion, or a disgruntle employee released this video to tarnish Inmotion's reputation.
Flying W
That was just sad....that can't be a real video from inmotion.....right?

Their previous videos have been much better, I have no idea how this one came to be. 1

Much as you would like to believe that InMotion can do No Wrong and this video was somehow conceived and uploaded by the competition, the screenshot below should convince you that it was indeed the latest addition to InMotion's own YouTube account, created by themselves: They have very clearly tarnished their Own reputation making this laughable video public and proves the point I myself made in a very recent post, condemning All of the EUC manufacturers for shoddy workmanship, lack of attention to detail and poor QC! No One manufacturer is any better than the others in this regard recently and unfortunately for us the buyers it has now become a "dice roll" with Any New wheel. If an InMotion employee (supposedly hand-picked to carry out the demonstration) can't assemble a tyre and tube convincingly, what hope is there for the reliable assembly of the upcoming complex and technically advanced V13 Edited September 14, 2022 by fbhb 4

litewave
Heaps of information on this site about Chicway, mate. Surprised you didn't read/heed the community wisdom. Friends don't let friends buy from Chicway.... 2 1

When I have been wronged by companies in the past, you'll be surprised how problems get rectified when you contact the top dog.
EUC Phenomenon
I'm having a problem with my V12 HS. I started to get pedal dip, so I did a calibration, which seem to fix the problem. It seemed to be okay for a while but the next time I turned it on, the wheel was a on slight rear angle and wanted to move forward. I did another calibration, with some difficultly and it was okay again. The next day I turned on the wheel, it was on a severe rear angle and wants to free spin to top speed and then shuts down. The anti-spin button doesn't stop it. I have recently replaced the board but I was getting the pedal dip before then.

The pedal dipping was pretty bad when turning and making my feet ache. After the calibration, it was a lot better. I’m not sure if the calibration I did is making my wheel play up or it’s just a coincidence. I wondering if there is a way to reset the V12 to factory settings? Just to make sure, do you have the wheel leaning on it's integrated stand while doing the calibration?

The calibration for the V12 is basic and the instructions are easy to understand. I also sent a log to Inmotion and they are looking into it. After talking to my distributor about the problem today, I plugged in the charger to the wheel and did a reset with the app. Unplugged the charger and turned on the wheel. The wheel went in to a slight rear angle and the anti spin button was working again. I did a calibration and the wheel seems to working normally. I was getting bad pedal dip before but I went for a test ride today and it was okay. My distributor also said that Inmotion might make a V12 calibration video.
EasyDave630
Anyone having issues with the kickstand staying up? I'm learning to balance on mine, and a very slow descent to the pavement knocked it wonky. A slap with my hand reset it centered, but now it's loose. Won't stay up at all and I'm afraid when I start really riding it'll grab and throw me. I realize it isn't designed properly to start. The notches in the hinge blocks don't do what they're supposed to, but it was a little stiffer before. At this point I'm planning on screwing on a velcro strip to hold it up.
