Hunka Hunka Burning Love
@Marty Wow! What height are you at there!? I remember driving up Haleakala on Maui a few times and being above the clouds. It's quite a sight! You should send your achievement to the Gotway folks as I wonder if you've hit a world record! @novazeus that's a cute (and fat ) Hitler Calico cat! Don't show the Ruskies that cat. . https://themoscowtimes.com/news/russia-bans-nazi-kitten-38364 Edited May 20, 2018 by Hunka Hunka Burning Love

Star’s my second line of defense if anybody makes it past Bob. Star thinks she’s a watchdog. she fetches and if anybody even acted like they were attacking me, she would attack them, i’ve seen her do it, pretty funny. I climbed 4600-feet with the MSuper during a continuous 1-1/2 hour climb. Amazing views today.

Star said it was the camera angle. i have to partially agree with her.
novazeus
before i get yelled at, on this rainy no wheel riding stoner day, this is an ewheel photo display indirectly. what i would like to see my ranch developed into. it could be the first ewheel designed little town from the ground up. once the bridge is built to connect me to the old northern part of the ranch, an ewheel personal transportation device is all u need. that’s an old aerial. there’s more stuff already built north of me and many more projects in permitting.
Popular Post Bob Eisenman
There is a cave (shut tight with a door) in the woods of Lynn at a place called Dungeon Rock. The legend of Dungeon Rock goes back to 1658: http://www.flw.org/dungeonrockhistory.htm http://dungeonrocklynn.com/ I walked to it from the southern trail entrance a few years ago and decided today to try the Monster on the northern gate trail entrance (gravel road) which gets steep (17% or so) for 84 vertical feet near 'The Stone Tower' (atop Burill Hill 284 feet) before the downhill to the Dungeon Rock. I dismounted a bit before topping out at Stone Tower since Monster was not up to the steep gravel incline and the board temp was at a new high of 55 C. Maybe an ACM2 would crank its way up! Lots of hikers and joggers on the trail. One guy saw me and the Monster on the way down and said 'awesome man'! Looks like a nice plan! Where's the casino, golf course, school, fire/ambulance/police center and rollercoaster/waterpark going? Maybe you could convert your ranch into a historic dude ranch with the full farm experience - petting zoo, horse rides, etc. Think City Slickers. Or maybe build a small western town for film projects and tours. Think Unforgiven / Westworld. What's the hold-up? Are land developers not interested in investing in properties in your area?

Are land developers not interested in investing in properties in your area? coincidentally, today i talked to the vice president of land acquisitions for lennar. we graduated from high school together and over the years have bumped into one another. almost sold him and his new wife a home back in the 80’s. it’s a little more complicated than u imagine and it would take weeks or months and probably a lot of no doze to teach it to u. real estate development ain’t exactly exciting unless u have a vested interest in it, like 325 acres to sell. i sent him those same photos btw. i’m real happy my lennar contact is somebody i know and i know he can understand the intricacies of the hurdles of zoning my property. if ur really interested in land development, u can read pasco county’s land development code online. make a big pot of coffee. i’ll be lucky to be able to use euc’s and escooters on the multi-use trails. every road in here will have a sidewalk on one side and a 8’ multi-use path on the other side. idk why when u have a pedestrian sidewalk and a separate multi-use path, they’d ban euc’s and escooters. the casino is 15 minutes away, seminole, schools pay good money for land but the code requires a buffer between schools and establishments that sell alcohol, fire, police etc, i think is going on the property north of me and if somebody wants to build a rollercoaster/waterpark ten minutes north of busch gardens, God bless them, they can have all the acres they need for $10 a square foot. nobody could afford a dude ranch here.

The eternal winter here has been replaced by a pretty decent summer if I do say so myself! Of course rain is forecast for the weekend as always. Oh well, I try to get a roll in after work when I can. Some of us do have full time jobs. I think I know why Gotway hasn't bothered to incorporate speakers. It's too windy to hear much when you're riding at 45 kph!
