Mine is coming with the knobby since it's going to be straight from the factory. I did order the K340A though. I started doing research on the other street tires provided, but it was more confusing and more work than I thought, and most if not all of these tires are out of stock! So, in the end, I went with the K340A, which I'll install on the CP when it arrives

The K340a wasn't bad TBH and you'll have a good time on it. Now that I've had time to reflect on my ride with the CP I kind of want one 😆 It's certainly not perfect, and no wheel is for everyone, but the performance was sublime. Accelerating and braking felt so much more effortless compared to the Sherman S, which itself isn't bad by any means. This makes me really want to try out the EX30 with the C40 motor and low battery boxes 👀

man, all these wheels are great (ex30, sherman-s, CP, v13). I think before the 3rd batch, the CP felt undone. I'm glad EB/begode continued to update the wheel because this may have saved it

Your opinion of the Commander Pro very much aligns with what Dawn Champion said in her videos. CP is still looking positive in my books.

So, if we consider 80% PWM as the cutoff for defining top speed then:

Then it all depends on the rider’s weight, ambient temperature, tire pressure, and air resistance.

Load will be a factor. Just like the top speed is lower when going against a head wind or going up a grade.

To impress others, some may even do their top speed runs down a slope with a tail wind.

Some even go until the wheel cutout.

It’s getting better!😂

i like either the red, blue or black. I already bought mine in red from another place but still... nice to see more options popping up. I would love the red pedals now, but the stock pedals should be good and I don't see a reason to spend another $200+ USD just for a color difference

Partial to the blue. It would match the knobs on the Grizzla’s I ordered. Right now I am resisting the urge to upgrade 😅. I will likely come around and eventually upgrade the handle if it came down a little bit more and I would like to someday upgrade the pedals to e-rides wolverine pedals if I can get them for this wheel. Neither are necessary at this point….but either is the wheel for that matter. Lol

i can understand people wanting to upgrade accessories. You spent so much on the EUC, you might as well make it look as cool as possible

Got the metal handle in the mail today. It's smaller than I thought it'd be. It's also lighter in weight than I thought it'd be.

Last picture you can see comparison in size to a iphone 11 max (‎7 x 5 x 4 inches phone).

Currently I think they are selling this anywhere from $113-$157 USD on aliexpress. Way overpriced. I bought mine for $97 USD at a discount. It's solid though. Quality is nice. My amateur "reasonable" price estimate for this is $40-$60 max.

Much cheaper options as I've listed in the Facebook pictures above.

I have small hands for an adult male, so given the size of this handle I think the Commander Pro is going to be smaller than I imagine it to be.

EDIT* Screws were in the box

Fast shipping.

I just realized they didn't even send me screws for this... I guess I use the screws provided off the CP? Still lame imo...cheap not to even send screws. Fast shipping.

Hou ning ning posted the commander pro handle for 88USD in different colors. Seems to be missing the nice beveling on the inside of the holes of the official one however. For that beveling work and your price at $97, id say you got a decent deal on it (assuming 6061 aluminum or 7075)

Dang, the cost of production is really that much for these, huh (plus labor obviously)? Didn’t know that

Side note:

the skill level of the rapper in the music surpasses all current rappers in America by a magnitude of 100, both in skill, lyrics and voice (sarcasm...kinda)

Where do I buy red inserts for the front/back handles? 🤩

Your seller can order to extreme bull a cnc front back and trolley set, for a price probably much cheaper than all these overpriced items im seeing floating around…

Hello Ronin, did you notice that it is harder to brake with the Commander Pro vs Sherman S/EX30 as mentioned by Denis Hagov?

Thank you,

CPro accelerate/brake better and easier than SS to me, not by a small difference

not tried EX30

Thank you,

In my testing, commander pro was easiest to brake compared to EX30 (2nd) and Sherman-S.

But I don’t think the difference is so large that it can’t be overcome. If you own the wheel, and practice braking, you can get good with any of the three. The obvious handle on the Sherman-S can help a lot when you get used to it. It is harder to find a grab point on the EX30.

This was also my experience with the CP vs the SS, it wasn't a HUGE difference but it was noticeable. Just as @Bustapalapno said, you can compensate this by practising braking and acceleration on the wheel you own, which in my case is the SS.
