Please send application to sales@ewheels.com While there will be a short period for learning-on-the-go, the ideal candidate will be a seasoned, experienced veteran, from a high-volume environment, who can hit the ground running quickly. It should be emphasized, that this job is really, really difficult & demanding... Requirements: Maintain Tempo: daily email/call volumes vary, can range from 500+ on a Monday to ~300 later in the week. Written fluency: the candidate must possess strong written skills >75WPM, cope with getting through the daily support load, balancing communication volume with offering adequate quality responses. Technical Proficiency: experience with owning at least one Wheel, or eScooter is a necessity. Possess a basic understanding of how some of this equipment works, and the ability to advise Customers as to the various strengths & weaknesses of each, based upon their stated aims & needs. Work Discipline: must be handle to prioritze & focus on the more ugent task. Possess self-motivatiation, work discipline, operate independently, completing tasks without direct supervision. Be able to maintain the various logs—Customer defects, parts shipments, shipping labels, & website ordering system. Process-oriented: In addition to being able to learn and contribute to the current processes, also help refine/evolve them to yield improvements that will help the business to scale. Evaluating/analyzing key service metrics, including but not limited to, average time to response, success rate of dealing with after-sales problems, repair turnaround time, identifying problems with manufacturing that require further action, etc. Complementary Skills: if the applicant has experience or knowledge in other areas like website work, electronics, video editing or graphics design it would be a plus. An area for improvement in the Company is the production of tech-notes, knowledge-base, self-help guides & videos for offering help to our Customers solve common problems independently. Location & Citizenship: US Citizens preferred, but will hire from other regions if no suitable local talent can be found. I’m secretly trying to fit my life around this, just because of my high opinion of ewheels and my love of PEVs. The employee would have to have perfect knowledge of every EUC to maintain that pace hour after hour. I interpreted the numbers presented to be the total volume ewheels is currently facing, necessitating the fourth hire and for that hire to be able to keep pace with the other three and the aforementioned volume they face as a set. Although either way do keep in mind that a large chunk of email exchanges for this kind of thing will be copy-pasted responses or form letters (rightfully so), and/or simply moving data/numbers between an email and a database or vice-versa--responses which actually can be handled in less than a minute without the need to truly 'author' anything.
