I did order the light with the USB built in and will have to experiment a bit to see how it's wired into the light. I'm going to guess that I can just wire it together with one of the 12v LED wires and it will hopefully output 5v for charging. Seeing as how the power to the lights are controlled by the LCD the USB should only be active when the light is on. I will most likely wire the USB into the daytime running light. I can tell you now that light will not fit the sherman unless you remove the guard rail.

Popular Post Shield
Excuse my crude photoshop hack job but I think I will be modifying the mud guard to look something like this.
Simon Feenan Vans-Colina
I took the already hacked up guard off the back of my old Z10 and moved it over.. (note also the custom 3d printed back light prototype)
Popular Post HippoPig
This was a quick-fix with an old MTB mudguard - but it actually functions well so it’s staying for now.

Shield
I'll be making my own seat utilizing the top of the Sherman roll cage. These U clamps might be helpful for anyone else looking to do the same. You can find them on Amazon and Aliexpress.

Wild Caribou
@Shield The last one you linked is made out of rubber and probably not strong enough for this application. These might work as well. https://www.amazon.com/Marine-City-Ladder-Stowing-Storage/dp/B07G8437CQ/ref=pd_day0_c_200_7?_encoding=UTF8&pd_rd_i=B07G8437CQ&pd_rd_r=e1b262b8-805f-4dfe-885b-7bbedf771090&pd_rd_w=a86Ar&pd_rd_wg=D49Sg&pf_rd_p=52c44813-ece5-43b5-85d3-aeb14689b184&pf_rd_r=Z3GEF07XEYYFEFNC3J46&psc=1&refRID=Z3GEF07XEYYFEFNC3J46 Edited August 27, 2020 by Wild Caribou
