  1. You are right! My local dealer just told me so and he is right. It's a pity though.
  2. These are the chargers. It was a nice surprise to see that I could maybe use the older charger too. Thanks both for your answers.
  3. I got my KS16X only very recently and have noticed that the charger port is the same as my InmotionV5. The charger of the V5 looks the same as the original charger of the 16X and has the same specs (1,5A, 84V). Would it be safe to use both chargers on the 16X? Has anyone tried it already?
  4. Ok, as a beginner that couldn't use his v5 for more than 8 days before we were locked down at home, my opinion is that the suspension of the v11 will make it a success or a failure. If suspension is something that really makes a wheel much better (comfortable, efficient, safer, nimbler...) then many people will pay the price, if it just makes it different but not in a way that the wheel feels better, it will sell at a lower price. If the suspension starts to show problems, then Inmotion will be in serious trouble.
  5. I totally agree. Here in Spain we are already locked at home. People are buying toilet paper like mad (I still don't know why). Experience in China shows that supermarkets will have food and we will be able to get it, so yes, buying some stuff to survive if going out for a few days is not convenient is probably a good decision, but 6 months worth of supplies is crazy.
  6. Glad to know you got your V8F. I'm still waiting for mine, and if they are starting to ship now, I hope those of us who ordered a unit won't have to wait too long now.
  7. Great videos, the first ones very useful too for beginners, all af them very nice and amusing (très sympa, merci beaucoup @Hirsute)
  8. I can't think of any other reason. I also ordered a phone from Motorola beginning of January and still waiting. I've bought a v5 second hand which hopefully arrives today so I have something to learn on.
  9. I'm at the other side of Alicante, but still close enough to meet sometime. As soon as I learn and feel confident, I'll be ready for it.
  10. what a story! You have all my admiration and as I get older, I'll always try to remember people like you who just try to get over difficulties and enjoy life. When I started to consider trying EUCs, I also thought I was maybe a bit old (43 ), then I realised most people in the forums and youtube videos were older than me. I'll get my cheap second hand learning EUC in two days and my new V8F, which I ordered a month ago, will hopefully arrive one day. Can't wait. Thanks to everyone on this forum for sharing their experiences.
  11. I hope you get it soon. I ordered mine a month ago and still waiting.
  12. That's good, because indestructible pro-shoes are really not my style, and I intend to use EUC to get from point A to point B, so casual shoes, casual riding would be best for me. I gess if I end up wanting to ride at 60Km/h on dirt tracks, I will end up dressing apropriately.
  13. Has anyone tried Vibram Fivefingers? I guess it's not ideal, but I use them a lot as casual shoes and I'm not sure if I'll be able to use them when I get my EUC.

@Terzo Thanks for sharing your experience. I'm sure it will all make complete sense when I get my wheel and start learning. My decision was made after seeing many reviews and opinions, but I haven't seen an electric unicycle in real life yet. I thought the range would be enough for me, the speed won't be too low at least for a while (if not forever, but I read many people's opinions saying 35km/h is slow), the troley handle looks very convenient and the price is ok. I was wondering what those riding modes were and if they made any difference. Now you say they do, so I will take that into account, thanks for pointing it out. I planned to add some protections to the wheel to start learning. I have some EVA auto-adhesive sheets and corner protection foam that is used along the edges of low furniture when there are infants at home. I'll tell you all here when I get the wheel and what my first impressions are. Somehow it seems it won't be very soon unfortunately.

Thanks for the information. It's good to know you are enjoying your new wheel and I hope I do too when I get it.
