HEC
V13 Kickstand has appeared on Aliexpress few days ago ... Was kinda expecting to have that included by Inmotion instead of an optional item 😥

That was always optional item (of any Inmotion wheels), I have my on pre-order from Aliexpress, hopefully it will be available soon to arrive with or not too late after the wheel itself. Now I'm debating whether to order the kickstand as well, as it was not shown as included by any of so far available unboxing (mainly by the ECO DRIFT, which seems to be at the moment most detailed one), or to 3D print one myself, as it will be extremely simple to attach to frame with all the available threaded holes. Forwardnbak
I just ordered some Grizzla Flow large for mine. Now I might think about the stand and other things to add. The orange frame with all it’s hang slots is really great. 2

If you order Grizzla's they give some with order. Otherwise Aliexpress has many sizes/options: https://www.aliexpress.com/w/wholesale-adhesive-velcro.html?SearchText=adhesive+velcro&catId=0&initiative_id=AS_20230102154148&spm=a2g0o.productlist.1000002.0&trafficChannel=main&g=y&sortType=total_tranpro_desc Edited January 2, 2023 by Funky 2

Grizzla i must say have been awesome to me and my channel, great guys behind the scene it seems. 4

Probably combination of extreme cold and duff pad removal technique - I may have forgotten to do the 'slow hand insertion' separation method, and perhaps did a bit more 'ripping' than was ideal. Previously to that I had been surprised by just how solid their velcro was. Edited January 2, 2023 by Cerbera

Same - on older models you have options DIY/self install. Or 6-9Euro pre installed.

Previously to that I had been surprised by just how solid that velcro was. I always user rubbing alcohol, or hand sanitizer - to clean surface from oils and what not.. And only then use any kind adhesive. It sticks way better.. Even my two-sided tape that holds yoga mat, or in my dad's case: rubber door mat. They don't come loose at all. (Yes you didn't hear it wrong - my dad's wheel has fuzzy surface. ) It's well protected from any small falls. It's like glued on. But if you need, you still can get it off. Paul A
Maybe just buy industrial strength? Genuine Velcro brand. https://www.ebay.com/itm/115387511336?hash=item1adda1b228:g:kd8AAOSwaQFjETSl&amdata=enc%3AAQAHAAAAoB4HUKN3Q6EjlHQxx1LI21rg7Txjr%2BuG6vWopVDOMdUw8cD6rYmEC71ZeKW62MTnffHKJ9AHnkl5gN2x%2BtfBd8iPTIPCdBDsAyrm57V%2BAtNZwfp1aCN0l6mxppKUMR1nraMVTUSxCNcgefMYOiXsccTL3BIsCHNOPqTIkbBAiJhteSoBRkCFr4NVsAn8v5D9qEP0wEsM%2BTbbEOpDDMu2aIE%3D|tkp%3ABk9SR9qd6s6uYQ Velcro® Brand 8" x 2” (Inch) Industrial Strength Heavy Duty Stick-On Strip-Black US $5.50
novazeus
the fuzzy sided velcro would do double duty protecting the case. i don't really use pads but they do protect the wheel. i decided today it's like surfing the pavement but standing on pedals instead of a surfboard. i let the wheel do the work. i just ride it. and hopefully it follows where i'm looking. litewave
4"x5' 3rd-party brand, just as good as "velcro" brand (paid $10.99USD but currently out of stock):
Forwardnbak
when i used duct tape and didn’t care about aesthetics was the most secure my pads ever felt. I really think it helps me to have little play in the pads as possible. My pre installed grizzla large pads have been flawless and the velcro on the grizzla plates has not lifted and i have been very harsh with them. Impressed
Popular Post Chucka Wheelie
The key to making sure velcro doesn't start to come off is to make sure you prep the surface with isopropyl alcohol before sticking it on. That's been my experience anyway. The only time it started peeling was on a surface I forgot to do that to. 1
novazeus
btw, off topic, but i haven't ridden in 4 years, but the settings on my s18 on expert seem mighty soft. i've never leaned as much as i did today. and mine is the molicel version. nice, but pokey. hopefully king song will change their software. i mentioned that because maybe these settings, which are fine, but for the hotrodders, i can definitely see why u wanna lean so much, and want these pads. Feely-Feely.. Ok, let me start the year right and apologize to @Funky. Sorry that I lashed out on you. Working 70+ hour weeks can do that to you.. But man, that felt good to just let it out!! Haha!! But you didn't deserve that... or some might think you had it coming.. haha j/k.. I NOW understand your concerns and frustration on first batch lemons. And yes, they will continue to have them and you will be saying to us, "I told you so!" and others will continue to take the risk and buy, hoping they don't get that lemon or (batch of lemons). So here's to a new year and hoping for a great year for e-wheels!! Stay safe everyone.. Cheers! Edited January 3, 2023 by Impoy47
