one of the best wheel ever produced for sure

Feel alone : this wheel seems to give outstanding rides but without any water proofing and bad cooling issues ...

I would like riding this wheel everytime and everywhere, is it possible ?

Sherman Veteran is more reliable but less enjoyable :(

From my mind, I should add at least two features on EX.n to feel good when riding it :

  • able to check anywhere/anytime internal safety (no water, mosfet ok, bearings, ...)
  • air injection in cooling system

Edit : found this message in this topic (is there any video ?)

Is anyone here currently riding EX.n ? Is still Ex.n one of the best wheel on the market ?

I love my EXn_HS. Got it a few months back after my S22 imploded. The only issue that I have with the wheel is that it runs hot. I have the second fan installed, but I am planning on installing a vent in the shell before next spring.

water cooling ? don't need this level of complexity.

you need only fresh air and you'll drop your temperature about 15-20 C, super simple and effective

I am interested by seal the hull, and by the way, with cooling blocks outside EX.n body.

Is anyone tried water cooling on EX.n ? nice and effective one ?

it's almost impossible to use water cooling, because you need to apply it to the back of the board, assuming you find a way to attach it the full block will be so high that will touch the side panel

  • 4 weeks later...

Hello there,

I bought a used EX.n and look for a new tire.

Right now, my new wheel is mounted with a "Michelin city extra 80/90-14".

This tire is a "flat tire", perfect for going straight away but I have bad feeling about it while turning.

What do you think about these EX.n tire :

  • Michelin Pilot street 1 80/80-14
  • Kenda k262 2.75x14
  • Kenda K340A Street Tire
  • ?

Thx for help
