I didn't get an answer on that yet. It's a possibility that the HGPO39N15M might be the choice for the replacement boards, in order to keep the same TO-220 package size, so all the physical dimensions match including how to interface with the heatsink (screwed in the existing threads) Then maybe TO-247 onwards for all future V12 HS & HT? We'll see.
Planemo
Great reading guys. I'm not in the market for a V12 or an S20 but the respectful FET discussion is awesome 1
TimucinPusat
I read the first message, although I don't understand much. So is it worth buying the V12 as of this date, 13.08.2023? Are these problems fixed for both HS and HT? Which one should be preferred?

As far as I know there are no major issues with the V12s anymore. I had my board replaced on my HS and until now it worked fine. I would suggest buying this wheel from a local seller that offers warranty and not from a Aliexpress seller. Good luck! 2
Hootistigglebits
I’m looking at buying a V12 HT that needs a new driver board and was wondering if Innotion is still replacing these free of charge or if I’d have to purchase it?
