Inmotion V12HT (may 2022 batch) The rider explained that while riding the V12 HT, it lift the pedals and show an error message about one battery being dead. But after the “diagnostics” in the Inmotion application, the message disappeared. I have always held Inmotion in very high regard around their electronics and safety system design, second only to Segway IMO.
