Finn Bjerke
Spanking new wheel with 72% jiuce on it - died on me after 28 km. Planned trip was 30 km. Go home mode did not work (EUC world) . I dont know what I have done wrong here. Will try range test from 100% to morrow. After 28 km I was tilted off most brutally and the bloody wheel was in tiltmode and said get off me..... Theory: The wheelæ is riding on 1 battery only ?= Can I diagnose that some way or other ? gon2fast
I believe that you can monitor charging/status on each battery pack if you activate the app once the V11 is charging. It is under vehicle information then choose battery pack detailed information. Edited October 12, 2020 by gon2fast

Unventor
I suggest you use Inmotion App and do a diagnoce. Then upload it and then reach out to Liam from Inmotion on telegram. He will get the engineers to analyse the uploaded log. They can give you answers you need.

Since it's a brand new wheel, contact your seller.
