  1. Hello, I have a weird issue with my S22 not raising pedals randomly and I can't find the root cause. I know only two other similar cases and can't find a way to solve it. To give more context, it feels like a tiltback at speed that shouldn't trigger tiltback (ex: 30 kph, when tiltback is set to 70) and can also be triggered doing a u-turn. It stays after calibrating multiple times and starts raising pedals after 50 meters or so. Needless to say it doesn't inspire confidence in the wheel. I got a new controller board from my reseller but it didn't solve the problem. Calibrating to a perfect 0.0 on the pedals puts the wheel around 0.5 when starting it up. I like to ride at -2 to compensate for the back heaviness of the S22, so this "ghost tiltback" feels extra bothersome for me. I've noticed that I can make it go away somewhat by playing with angle adjust and calibration. Yesterday it went away with a fresh calibration and angle adjust to -4. I recorded a bunch of sensor data yesterday from a phone glued to the left side of the wheel right on top of the pedal with this app https://apps.apple.com/us/app/sensor-logger/id1531582925 I'm attaching the data to this post because I can't parse it by myself. It's a few runs post calibration with different angle adjust values (see file name) extracted from the app in CSV. Could anyone help ? I have 3 more runs but I'm hitting the post upload limit. cal_-1-2023-02-18_14-08-24.zip cal_-3-2023-02-18_14-11-33.zip cal_-4-2023-02-18_14-12-32.zip
  2. The telegram is quite active because we’re iterating on the filaments. My TPU rollers were sticky during use, not really better than default suspension with enough PFTE lube, and my PETG rollers died in 3-400 kms of city and light trails with aggressive bonking.
  3. You sure it’s not the top part ? On mine the top pads are making my legs go like this : ( )
  4. Not really, I know a french reseller who received S22 around a week ago with motors built in May
  5. That doesn’t mean anything. My dealer bought 30 and is still crapping on their customers.
  6. I’m hoping switching to an air shock will lighten the rear enough to help the balance. We’ll see Madpack is dead biased for inmotion. His video should be taken with a grain of salt (at this point maybe more of a whole bag)
  7. I actually do, because French stupidity would make it harder for me to insure and be able to ride somewhat legally here. Also, it would make it quite harder for warranty claims. I'll see how it goes with my local retailer, if it goes to shit anyway I'll reconsider for my next model. (The idea of having two battery packs "quite" easy to swap is also appealing, it's only a few screws and two xt90 minus the weight in a backpack)
  8. I wish we could just buy the 40T packs from eWheels and get them shipped to EU. Jason sent a battery pack for WrongWay to test but there is NO WAY at this moment to even buy a pack from eWheels to EU. Probably because of limited stock, sure, but would be nice if I could get some email responses from eWheels. Guess I’ll just run the OG pack to death before trying to replace the cells with P42A. (And I wonder if the BMS would allow it, don’t have much info on that front)
  9. If you could also try to get the 40T packs for the S22 to UE resellers from Kingsong, that would me make seriously happy. I'd love to get this generation of wheels some high discharge packs like I have on my eskate.
  10. Damn, I was expecting something else I guess. The master's HT motor pulled me away from the S22 but I can't afford my place burning down because of a crappy battery solder. I guess I'm back on track for an S22 then.
  11. @supercurio « the manufacturer misled us » is a valid legal point. But from my consumer standpoint, debating between high voltage suspension wheels to buy in the following weeks, this looks like a huge NOPE for the Master AND those shops (or at least would make me message them right away). They’re not the only ones in that case, we have retailers in France with the same litech listings. I do keep in mind the eWheels exclusive applies to North America only.
  12. Am I the only one worried here about e-rides and myewheel answer ? Sure, you've messaged begode about the litech packs and got a basic PR answer. I'd be messaging Litech right now if I were in your shoes. I was debating this week between S22 or Master but since Litech packs are now out of the window (at least in EU) I guess my choice is made. I'll still wait for Bonheur Sur Seine's review and Wrong Way's teardown of the Master.
