Discuss: best pedal grip tape! (abrasive 🦈and non-abrasive ᶘ ᵒᴥᵒᶅ )

Wet Nikola stock grips are slipperier than a YMCA swimming pool 💦

With that said, what's the best abrasive 🦈 and non-abrasive ᶘ ᵒᴥᵒᶅ grip tape?

@houseofjob recommended vicious (abrasive) and DKL (non-abrasive). 

Any other favorites?

+1 for vicious, I've been using it on my ACM2 and it doesn't seem to have lost any grip at all after many months and in all sorts of weather and terrain conditions. This stuff's the real deal! I plan to put it on my Nikola's pedals soon.

+2 for vicious, but I've never used anything else.... no need to.

Here in Singapore almost everyone uses Gator Grip Tape. 

Its amazingly coarse and does not clog up even with our tropical mud when offroading. Cleans easliy with a wire brush and soapy water to a perfect black and shiny finish almost every time.

Thought I would be contented with the stock 16x grip tape at first but the particles quickly became clogged and started falling off during my first offroad ride. The smaller grain pattern also made it really hard to scrub back to its original beautiful shiny black state.

Wondering if anyone have been able to compare this with Vicious. Pretty tempted to plonk down on some for myself just to compare.

Don’t know how coarse those grip tapes are, but if they are anything like the ones available here, they are a baby’s butt compared to the 40 grit sanding sheets I glue on all my pedals.
