Problems seeing images (HTTPS problems)

There used to be photos showing up, but now all I see is this in IE 11:

I still see the photos - seems like browser issues. Try to add forum's URL to trusted sites?

The photos show up in FireFox and Chrome so it might be just an Internet Explorer 11 issue.  I've also noticed that the @username popups don't always work consistently, but that seems to happen on my iPhone as well so it's probably a forum software problem.  I can't add the URL to trusted sites as it requires a https address, and oddly enough when I visit https://forum.electricunicycle.org it redirects me to the hak5.org forum for some reason.  In FireFox when you go to that site it shows this...

hak5.jpg

EDIT:  I've reset my IE 11 settings to default, and the photos still don't appear.  Maybe it's just IE 11 specific.

It doesn't look like the forum has https set up correctly, switch to http. If it can be fixed at all it would have to be done by Invision, the company that provides the forum service. We are sharing the same IP with another forum (52.71.164.42, forums.hak5.org) and they already have a certificate for that IP.

In that V8 first 100 km thread, I can't see the photos that Jason posted.  I tried setting my IE 11 security to medium and reloading, but for some reason it's not working still on my work computer.  On my home computer it's fine after doing the security setting temporary switch.

Yeah, I've got Chrome and Firefox installed, but I usually use IE 11 for some reason.  I'm a creature of habit I guess.  I should probably switch over completely.  It looks like most people are using Chrome these days, but I guess it depends on whose statistics you look at.

Think of IE as a dusty old scratched generic EUC, and Chrome as a precious shiny Ninebot One E+...

Why would you ever go there?

I still like my dusty old scratched generic EUC!  :D  It's better for letting people try it out to avoid scratches on "precious."   I did try previously to switch over to Firefox, but some websites didn't seem to work correctly for some reason.  That was many years ago though.  IE just works most of the time so I didn't bother changing.  I'm going to try Chrome from now on and see how that goes.

Oh yeah, I'm not sure that I trust Google entirely so that was another reason that I didn't switch... I still don't know if it's okay?
