sirlos
Opening up the unicycle, I've found these connections from the battery to the charging port NOT connected. - Is there a simple fix to this problem? - Or will I have to consult a specialist to fix this serious issue? Any help will be greatly appreciated!

Any help will be greatly appreciated! You'll just have to solder the two wires to the connector - depending on your expierence it'll be simple or you'll need a specialist/expirienced friend. BTW this two loose cables is the thinner black/red pair coming from the battery?
dmethvin
Just be sure you solder the connections to the right place! You don't want to reverse them. I don't have a diagram handy for which is right. Many connectors use shrink wrap over the soldered connections to provide some strain relief, you can see the black shrink wrap in this picture of my wheel. That might help to prevent these coming loose in the future. http://imgur.com/gbHAmoQ

Seems like a simple task though! 1 hour ago, dmethvin said: Just be sure you solder the connections to the right place! You don't want to reverse them. Battling
@sirlos be careful while soldering the wires : they don't have to touch each other, especially through the soldering iron.

Got it! My uncle agreed to help out with the soldering process.
MetricUSA
I would also try, if you have the wire, to secure the wire to the side with some type of wire holder, but I'm guessing you don't have the extra wire hense why it broke in the first place.... if wire has too much tension or can move around too much, can cause a break...
