I have one of these that I had purchased for my headache of a Ninebot (can't reset/ connect via Bluetooth).  Great product and definitely adds confidence for a new rider like me.  Plus it can hold a smartphone.

To be honest, I'm not sure how it would work on a Mini Pro.  To install, you have to remove the QR barcode sticker near the top of the stock Ninebot Mini (non-Pro) control arm and remove six bolts with the included hex wrench.  Don't if a comparable mounting point exists at the top of the Mini Pro control arm.  I guess you could try to find someone who has swapped an adjustable Pro control arm onto their regular Mini and then use that for parts, but that would add cost.

I got a message from maxpower (the thread starter) that his Ninebot Mini Pro was unfortunately stolen...

He ordered a Handlebar last week, which will be delivered soon. (Within the next 2 days)

Anybody here interested to get this black handlebar for the Mini Pro for a reduced price? (-20,- EUR)

Let me know within the next 2 days. Then I could manage, that he will not return it to me, instead deliver to you directly, who's interested, to get this handlebar!

European buyer prefered! (Because of the shipping cost)

Regular price for this "german made" Handlebar is 170,- EUR. (plus shipping cost / plus PayPal fee)

US buyers may still contact me directly. Still have a couple of black and white handlebars in stock.

A few members here already bought one. Maybe they can post some pictures, and tell how lucky they are with the HQ product?

Steve? Joe?

jrambonnet, I don't think, that you got this email from "Ninebot".

This website: https://9bot-store.com/pages/disclaimer

has nothing to do with Ninebot Inc or Segway Inc.

That means, these handlebars are also manufactured probably somewhere in china, to fit to the Ninebot Mini Pro.

But they are definately not "original" Ninebot or Segway products.

And a second Quick Release Spare part is also not included. You have to use the Original knee steering at all, and put that part on top of this handlebar.

You have to remove the Sponge from the knee steering, and assemble the handle.

I will post High-res pictures from the "german" handlebar later. You'll see the difference then....

I have purchased from Walt. I am in Cincinnati, Ohio, USA.  First off, I have had a i2 segway since 2009. Walts Handlebar is ABSOLUTELY amazing. It looks as if it should have came this way.  I clicked the link that was recently posted for the $170 handle bar. I can say, with confidence, after seeing that handle bar, Walts handle bar looks and is much MUCH better and in MY opinion, is worth the extra little amount. Not only does this handle bar look very similar to my i2, but operates identically.  This makes my MiniPro SO easy to ride and SO easy to simply disconnect and put into my trunk.

5 STARS!!!! I am about to purchase my second handlebar from Walt for our white one. I have attached a picture of the handlebar. THANKS AGAIN WALT!!!

I am not sure what are you talking about but 9Bot Store was listed on Segway.com blog as the first exclusive online distributor.  See the screenshot attached or check out segway blog

Is the handlebar adjustable for height?

No. Actually not. It has a fixed lengh:

The high from the ground (surface) is 110cm, mounted on the Ninebot Mini Pro - standing upright in balance!
So from your Shoe (Sole, Feet) the measure is about 95cm to the top of the handlebar. - You know, the Ninebot Mini Pro has a standing level from about 15cm from surface.
15 + 95 = 110cm

Thanks.  I have come across some adjustable versions for children and shorter people. But I am still researching... and getting more confused...

Walt, I just purchased the German handlebars and went through the calibration step.  No matter what I do, it won't balance on its own.  Do you need a kickstand for it?  Will it not balance on its own like the knee pad?  Thanks!

That's right. You'll not be able to get mini to balance with a much longer steering bar as it shifting too much weight forward and changes the center of gravity too much.

Correct Vik's. Thanks for explaination. Couldn't do it better.

But Kick-Stands for Mini's are also available.

And since a few days I can provide also the Quick Release Spare part in black or white, finally!

But to me it seems, the shipping cost for a "little" part is too much. shipping costs the same as the Part itself. - But for european Users, feel free to contact me over my Site or Shop. If someone want to buy Quick Release together with the german handlebar (& Kick-Stand, maybe), the price is more attractive.

There are several models of handlebars for MiniPro available on the market. Walt sells the one that is manufactured by KSR Group. I think the price in Europe is about 100+ euro plus VAT.
