onewheelkoregro
So omw home just now I knew there was a gap in the road I travel on but couldn't see it because of the snow. Hit it at a weird angle and gravity took over. I'm OK! Looking forward to the commute to work in the am! The log if anyone wants to check it out 😂 EUC data 2023-12-03 182440.csv
Cerbera
Glad to hear you are OK. We usually only need to turn to logs if it is unclear what happened, but you seem fairly clear on the cause of your fall... techyiam
Good that you and your wheel are OK. There are many ways to get hurt on an euc, and even more so when ice and snow are thrown into the mix. Although it is easier and more likely to fall when riding in snow, it is also less likely to get hurt badly.
alcatraz
I've done 5000km and counting after my last tumble. Fingers crossed.

alcatraz
Sadly, I know exactly what you mean. Good there were no injuries (op). I ate the ground while cycling a few months ago. (Sidewall damage during a descent.) I hope that "karma" will put off the next incident.

Likewise, I hope that ploughing into the side of that car that pulled out in front of me a month or 3 back buys me at least a year or 2 of no-fall riding May the force (and more importantly the luck) be with all of us ! You'll be invincible for at least 6 months...😎

Same here, LOL, well, 8+ years while I also have my rest days, but that's close enough.
null
Close to 5 years and 40.000 Km, no serious crash either. I'm curious of how EUCs fare statistically compared to other small vehicles, I'd guess pretty good.
