Popular Post OldFartRides
This time I went looking for the bear. Neighbor gave me a heads up a big bear was headed for the power lines. I hopped on the wheel to go see. When I got there a small bear was crossing. I called him back to tell him the bear was there, but I estimated it at no more than 150lbs. It saw me coming and high tailed it south. It was then mama bear came out of the woods about fifty feet ahead of me. I froze. She looked at me and stopped. I was ready to turn tail and boogie if she made a move towards me. She just turned back the way she came, took a few steps, turned again and went south where the cub was headed. Made my day.

I chalk it up to people moving into areas that used to be void of human infestation. So far, none have asked to ride my wheel, but I bet itll just be a matter of time. I guess I should pack a propeller hat for when it happens. Bears, rabbits, turkeys, deer, bobcats... roaming everywhere. I prefer them over the 2 legged animals by far. I got a cpla acres and aside from a tiny section for me, the animals can have it. No fences around my yard.

WIZARD
I really don't prefer Bear encounters. I wear clothes.

GothamMike
I chased an Eastern Coyote on my Sherman for 1/4 mile in my town. They are typically bigger than Western Coyotes and about the size of a small German Shepherd. I live in NYC suburbs.
