Gustesta
In my opinion, the Inmotion V10F. I’m 6.2, shoes 12. So, maybe because I’m tall. And I’ve owned and rode several wheels.

Gotways wheels(especially with the necessary padding in place) are too wide and their pedals not wide enough. I think the Z10 is more comfortable then the Nikola, due to the wide pedals allowing the wheel to float between you without touching. But on the opposite end of the spectrum to me nothing beats the reassuring comfort of having full leg/thigh contact with the tall 18s. To me “comfort” brings to mind straight line cruising and wheel ergonomics. Does it fatigue your feet too fast? Pressure points on the legs anywhere? Etc. The “tire suspension” is not on my list for comfort as that can be easily adjusted by tire pressure. The no contact of the Z10 is nice but at some point of a long ride you’ll want to “rest” your legs against something even while standing, and the tall 18s has the perfect form factor to alternate bowing a leg inward to rest against the shell. It seems we have slightly different definitions and criteria for comfort then. I personally DO factor in tire suspension / comfort for overall wheel comfort, mainly because if the tire doesn't swallow some of the shock, I instinctively tense at my foot arches (big pedals do not matter here for me in this case), and that foot pain is very uncomfortable. I could remedy this by wearing kicks like Nike VaporMax, which feel suspension-like, but the high ride of such kicks loses pedal feel, creating less control. The way I ride, there is always daylight between my legs and wheel body shell for any wheel, thick or thin, as I aim to straddle the outer edges of any wheel's pedals with the outer edge of my feet, so leaning against the wheel body and overall wheel body thickness isn't really a factor for me for comfort. (And I don't get tired from this style of riding, as I'm on only toes or heels, not both, and being on both toe &heel on the same foot in sketchy riding terrain or after riding long stretches is what I think causes tensing of the arches, foot fatigue) However, the overall weight component distribution balance of a wheel IS very important to me for comfort, as the way I ride, I am manipulating the wheel via the front and back pedal edges with my opposing heels and toes, and having a taller body with a higher center of mass will balance this style of riding better I've experienced. This is a big reason why the MSX feels so not confidence-inspiring at speed to me, as, since I am not hugging any part of the wheel body, there is no increased body shell height and mass to compensate and operate at a higher pedal height on that recycled MSV3 shell. FWIW, I do regard the KS18S as very comfortable as well, but that stock tire just isn't anywhere near the top of the list of comfort for me, hence why it doesn't enter my mind for "most comfortable wheel".
