V5F Seen in the Wall Street Journal

Back in May there was an article in the Wall Street Journal about Electric Transport (PEVs).
What was funny about it, was that they had a picture of the Inmotion V5F and a caption saying that it was provided by Ninebot! Bizarrely no-one seems to have caught the error (you'd think Ninebot would have spotted it) & made the correction. Would it be unethical to say 'As seen in the Wall Street Journal!'?

It's true! Go for it! Just eliminate the caption and insert Custom EWheel V5F+ By Jason McNeil?

How is Santa doing with the big delivery?
