Well I guess that would be another reason why a charger could cut off sooner than expected. At least the server charger can charge each pack individually to a full 67.2v so now you reminded me, I think I will do that (at a low amp) to all 4 packs before I try a full high amp charge through the distribution board to to rule out any imbalance problems causing the charger to cut early.
