AndyBill Posted April 28, 2022 Share Posted April 28, 2022 (edited) EUCO agreed to to refund me on the 16X minus a restocking fee and an additional charge for the bit of cosmetic wear that I put on the unit. I think I will wait for a while before venturing into EUC's again until the testing and quality control improves. It's just not worth it to me to run the risk of potentially burning my house down. EUCO kind of leaving you hanging, and you having to pay fees for a product that seem to have issues from factory Including for a potential non-issue if it was only a matter of volt-meter calibration.
