  1. New firmware out! Allows to set maximum charge level anywhere between 147-151.6v through the app and ability to change all the setting in app like low battery/high speed mode.
  2. I've maxed out the houning charger at 17A without issues, but according to spec sheet it's 15A max. I've read someone trying 18-19A but the BMS turned of charging at that level. The 50s cells are rated for 24A and the ports 20A together.
  3. Production started. No info on smart BMS, max charge current and IP rating?
  4. I hope that's their next wheel. A mini lynx at 30kg to compete with s16 pro, t4 pro and Falcon.
  5. I will answer my own question. It said 50GB on the box so I think it's safe to say that is what is used if not bought from ewheels. One big issue I noticed is that the top cover easily cracks. Either the screws was overtorqued from factory or it is cracked when lifting the wheel by the handle as all the weight from the wheel is supported only by the screws in the plastic cover. I'm thinking of printing some m3 washers in TPU that may ease the load on the cover. Or is there another better solution the community has come up with? My wheel also shows 82.4v in the app when fully charged. But when measuring the pack with a multimeter I get close to 84v.
  6. I got my A2 delivered a few days ago. It had the 1011 firmware installed. Fun LEDs enabled. I can update to 1013 in the Begode app. Curious what the 50+ is about but I don't dare update until my Lynx arrive in March/april. Read some bricked their wheels while updating and needing new controller board..
  7. Just saw this video on Facebook. Your ticking sounds just like his. Do you have the same wobble in your unit? Apparently his is a batch 2 with 24 miles. Screen_Recording_20240201_234335_Facebook~3.mp4
  8. Thanks for first report on actual sag I've seen. This chart that has been shared alot says max suggested rider weight for 70lb spring is 210lb.. I think alot of people have ordered too stiff springs. Leaperkim should make their own chart with actual measured sag to make it easier to choose the right one.
  9. I hope leaperkim will release a 14" mini lynx. I need a high quality kid wheel. Right now the Falcon looks the best but I would pay top dollar for a leaperkim falcon.
  10. I can't find any information about what cells are used other than on ewheels site. Is it 50s for all new wheels or only on ewheels? Got an order from Aliexpress eu. Any other updates? I see newer unboxing videos it has a full blue rim and a blue guard for headlight.
  11. I don't like it! It makes me hesitate on my Lynx orderšŸ„¹ Very nice looking wheel and the specs is amazing. However my priority is reliability and water resistance so as a noob I think I wouldn't know the difference and probably more happy with leaperkims quality/after sales support. But still, if you buy the latest and greatest you want just that..
  12. Would you recommend to cancel A2 order for a 9 year old kid/second wheel for adult? Is it something better that would suit my son or a completely different wheel to the A2? Wouldn't mind a bit more power and battery while staying waterproof.
  13. Hmm.. Just ordered an A2 mainly as a wheel for my 9 year old son. But also a learner wheel for myself and later a bad/winter weather wheel when I get my Lynx in March. Wouldn't mind an A2 with a bit bigger battery and more powerful motor. Maybe I should cancel that order and wait for the announcement of the specs.. Got mine for about 800ā‚¬ on Aliexpress. When do you think it will be revealed?
  14. Would like some advice about choosing suspension. I'm buying the lynx as my first euc. I'm currently at 100kg naked but I'm aming to drop to 80kg, like most fatties.. I can't see myself riding hard offroad with big jumps like the maniacs on youtube for the forseable future. I think I prefer a smooth ride but I'm planning to do alot of offroad riding within my limits. What spring would you recommend for a noob like me?
