Smelly EUC

So I'm getting complaints at home that my V5f+ is smelly. At first I was argumentive that it's in electric motor and there is no smell... now I smell her point, as the euc really does have a strong rubbery garage scent. The smell is really evident in our small nyc apartment. Does anyone else have or notice it? Maybe it's time to put it in a bag?

Yeah, it's the tire, I think.  Mine is less than a week old and definitely the tire is exuding that particular odor. (Now you know where the scent in your garage comes from.)

Might want to throw a plastic bag over the wheel between uses.

The smell will diminish over time. In a few months time it will be very hard to notice at all.

Yes, I noticed the same strong smell at first but now there is no smell.  For some reason Chinese rubber has a strong smell for awhile.  Even some Chinese made Vietnam jungle boots I ordered had such a strong smell that people complained in the berthing area of the ship I was on.  Give it a couple months, and the more time riding outside the faster it will go away.

I agree on the other comment, that the smell will pass in time.

Not much forrest riding in nyc in think, butt it helps for the smell.

Now after 10 months there is no smell at all left
