You could put less PSI in. If you're using hand pump - that's a win. :D

Naturally best option would be simply buying electric air pump.. But that's for regular Joe. Big brain move would be exchanging whole suspension, simply for less air pumps.

you can use almost all air shock, once it's deflated it's easy to compresso to 180mm

you can't use any coil

My Master came with a brilliant pump with the high pressure setting, which makes achieving anything up to 300 PSI an absolute breeze...

I think I'll stick with my stock linkage - if it ain't broke, don't fix it !

I have the option of getting these made at 6mm or 4.5mm thickness. Which do you think I'd be able to get away with?

6mm better, will auto fix some tollerances too ;)
