S18 cable protector

Recommended Posts

Hey,

As I can´t direct message @RockyTop, I want to know where I can purchase the S18 cable protector in Europe :D

Iam planning on tuning my suspension like @fbhb did it and will also change the suspension to some affordable Fox I can find used.

Got my own 3D printer so willing to "only" pay for the STL file :)

Here´s a picture of my stock S18 with Pirelli 80/80-14" tyre:

You might check with @ArieKanarie, a talented creator of STLs for the 16X (who is located in the EU)

While I really appreciate that compliment, I don't have a S18 near me to measure stuff and I personally only rely on my own measurements because of reasons.

@Lukasz, you're BACK! Yay!

I can heartily recommend the front fender extension, it works exceptionally well and I would like one for the S22 (if the darn wheel ever gets delivered). My S18 came with a motor cable protector already fitted so I didn't install the one from Luk thus I can't speak to that.

Hi Tawpie,

I am around, however very busy - instead of "upgrades" I have decided to build the custom wheel with working suspension  ;-)  (up to 160 mm travel) and...  second prototype is ready. it runs much better than anything on market  ;-)    On the first prototype I have made over 2000km, on the second one - over 500 already. Runs great. Over 20% lighter than GW Master or S22, twice the suspension range - and many other features - I will prepare comparison table   ;-)      see my YT to see how it (earlier one) run the stairs    yt/lukluk
