1Wheeler
I got a nice seat suspension working on my Sherman! I'm tall , and not so good knees, so I made it high. I made this very adjustable in height, springiness etc. I’ll post part list etc. I need others to try. At next group ride etc. I’m not a pro at this posting stuff so be patient. Dual springs parallel not series! SS, 2 springs, Seat Suspension. NN 2 n’s like springs, ok 2 N borrowed from my name. I’m trying to make a catchy name and get some credit. I get no money. Happy to share this😀
1Wheeler
Better than unsprung version I based it on
meepmeepmayer
I think you're on to something! Instead of primitive dumb foam blocks, maybe the manufacturers should start thinking about offering "serious" seat options with springs and a nice cushion etc as a sweet engineered extra in the future. Cool! (I also like how this beautifully shows the versatility made possible by the Sherman metal bars.)

tsquaremedia
Having suspension on the seat was an idea that I had in mind for the past couple of weeks for my Sherman. Glad to see someone else with the same idea I'm trying to see if I can incorporate an actual rear shock from a mountain bike similar to the Kingsong S18, which should make seated riding a lot smoother. I'll be sure to post my build process.

zege
Very nice project, I think most Veteran owners would love an add-on suspension in a seat as it is the only thing missing making this wheel perfect. Keep up the good work!
