about 80km

Absolute nonsense!

@maurix It depends on temperature, weight (OK you are 68 Kg which is light but don't forget it's all up weight, so includes anything you are wearing/carrying) how hilly it is where you ride and, every bit as important as your weight, how fast you ride.

The MCM4 HS is a high speed wheel, if you do indeed ride it fast,  range will probably be half. Also most wheels, and that certainly includes the Gotway, become not much fun to ride with a low battery so that, in itself, limits practical range.

My guess is that you will get 25-30 Miles (40-50km). Unless you drive in warm dead flat conditions at no more than 20kph.

Range will also reduce as the batteries get older, maybe as much as 20% a year if ridden regularly for long distances, a lot less loss if the batteries are well looked after and not ridden to near empty.

Keith's number is much more realistic. My 520Wh Firewheel gets about 30 miles on a charge. I'm 70kg including gear.

For sake of completeness, tire pressure seems also to be quite relevant for range. Generally 10km/100Wh is quite an optimistic estimate, 5km/100Wh should be safely possible unless you push very hard. I also second that riding with low battery is much less fun.
