So my buddy seems to have worn out the sliders after 2k mi. Of off roading on the v11 I sold him. There’s buku play there. Anyone know which all parts I need to get him for this ? I was looking at what’s available at EUCO and Ewheels and it’s not clear. Is it possible they just need to be adjusted/ cleaned up, and not replaced ?

It's possible you just need these little pieces.

The rails are a bit more expensive if you need to replace them.  Hopefully it's just the little parts above.

There is also this part too.   This would probably not need replacing.  One per side and one side needs a hole in it.

So it all boils down to how bad it is and which parts are worn down and needing replacement.

Can you give more info about the Nylon printed pieces?

What do you want to know? I haven’t yet shared the .stl if that’s what you meant. The measures need to be pretty precise, so the print settings affect the outcome a bit too much for a generic .stl to work reliably.

I’ve just bought a 2400km V11  and the suspension feels bad, every small road ridge goes right into my spine.

First things to do is to check that your tire pressure is no more than 35 psi, that the shock pressures are good and even left and right, and that the black suspension rails are in decent condition. Then check for play front to back, and cut some soda can slices under the suspension guiding pieces if needed. Then I recommend waxing the rails and the rail guiding pieces for better suspension comfort. I think only if those doesn’t work well enough should you think about printing new pieces.
