alcatraz
Hey fellas I noticed that 2.75-14 inner tubes are actually cheaper. Can I use them on my 18x3.0 tire without issues? Are they generally lower quality or what? The tubes I'm comparing are even from the same manufacturer which leaves me wondering if there's something I'm missing. The box is definitely different. Thanks!
EUC Custom Power-Pads
Yes you can, make sure the valve has the right angle and direction, this is the biggest problem with most standard tubes. 2
mrelwood
18x3 is a bicycle size, 2.75-14 is a motorcycle size. While the sizes are the same (enough), I actually don’t know if a motorcycle tube is made from a thicker rubber. The valve stem type is a problem though. Not only do you need an angled valve stem with EUCs, on most wheels it can’t be angled straight to the side like most angled valve tubes seem to have. 16” tires especially have even less room, so the valve stem needs to be bent just right. Due to this I’ve found that I save a lot of headache and wrong purchases if I only buy my tubes from EUC shops. Shop around, I’m sure you’ll find a decent deal.

Almost certainly - they are orders of magnitude stiffer and more robust / less flexible than cycle tyres. 1
