Hello all,

I have bought used EUC King-Song 16S, knowing that the lift stop rotation is not working properly.

Is there any way, how I can fix the sensor, so it is working properly?

I am not able to find the topic anywhere here, neither on youtube to find a way how to do it.

Please help

Have an old Kingsong with a lift sensor that sometimes works. (Probably most of the time, but still frustrating.)

Also have an even older 16S with power button I can press while I grab handle. (Turn off, then lift.)

Honestly prefer the button over hoping sensor will work. (KS lift sensors no good.)

Probably. I don’t remember which of the sensor types and attachment methods they use on the 16S, but taking the side covers off will reveal the bottom ends of the trolley shafts where the sensor is located. Make sure that all screws that are meant to be tight are tight, and if there is meant to be some movement, that the movement is inhibited.

Also cleaning the actual sensors/switches with an electronics cleaning spray might be a good idea.

I know ima month late on this reply, but if I remember it right, just make sure the metal straps that hold the trolley tubes in place are not so tight as to keep the tubes from sliding 2 or 3 mm they need to activate the switch.
