RoboFixIt
Update: This is only noticeable when riding on one foot This is a common issue and king Song was not able to pinpoint the issue when I emailed for support. The next wheel I'm getting is the S22 so I hope KS is not going downhill with quality and support!? If the pedals aren't "loose" i'm 99% sure, that you have broken inner shell - around pedal hangers.. If inner shell is broken, the euc would not hold onto motor/pedals = bending. Tawpie
My 16x doesn't do that, not even close. Something else isn't right. If the inner shell is broken it'll be quickly evident.

Tawpie
nope. When it was brand new and the tire had whiskers, they "rubbed" when I was on the right leg. But neither side flexes or rubs during 1 legged riding.
techyiam
Did I watched that right? That is some serious deflection there. For an unbroken wheel, where is such large play coming from. No way can that be from wheel bearings play, nor the hangers either since they should be rigidly secure to the axle. And the rigid plastic shell is bolted rigidly to the hangers. If it were the bearings, you would know about it while riding. That would be quite a lot movement for a cracked shell. Without knowing more, I would venture to guess that perhaps the hangers are no longer rigidly affixed to the axle? Edited June 13, 2022 by techyiam
goatman
plus 1 on the hanger is this the 16x you were beating on to get the seized pedal off? 1
Tazarinho
Doesn't happen to me either... and I have some serious mileage on my 16X.
supercurio
When my 16X inner shell was broken (around the pedal hanger), the results was very similar to that. This area has been (slightly) reinforced in the new inner shell molds.
