Seems like the people your friend got it from, would be the point of contact and also there best route to Kingsong. Preproduction wheels aren't often just lying around .. It was for Bonheur sur Seine, and maybe myself later regarding app development & safety questions 😁 PS: not exactly a fan of the Stockholm shop; wouldn't trust with my wheel or recommend.
