soundkite
I dunked my v10f today and it's now disassembled and drying. These 2 white pieces fell out from alongside the battery. They are labeled with an A and B. Where the hell do they go when I put this puzzle together? Thank you.
Tawpie
I can't help you with the white pieces, but if your wheel's batteries got dunked, you will want to be very very careful with them. They might survive the experience, but they also might decide to exit this world with smoke, fireworks, and flames. At the very least make sure to completely unwrap them for the drying process. I don't know how the V10F packages its battery, but you definitely do not want water to be hiding in the packaging. If they're in a heatshrinked package, take that all off and expose the cells. Replacing it is fairly simple, the heatshrink is cheap on Amazon. If it were me, the batteries get dried outside, are charged and stored outside, and are highly suspect until replaced. (I know, the atmospheric river is back. "outside" means: somewhere that if they do start on fire, it's not an emergency) Edited January 13, 2022 by Tawpie
RockyTop
VERY DANGEROUS!! No EUC is safe after being submerged. The V10 is/was somewhat notorious for bursting into flames after getting wet.

These plastic puzzle pieces cover the battery wires against the shell before putting in the battery. You can see it here in this video someone nice enough to make: Good luck!
