GothamMike
I has a Neoprene cover, so no major scratches. Sell it here or ebay?
Popular Post fbhb
Should I sell my old 18L when my Sherman arrives? Only sell it if finances or storage space really dictate the need to IMHO! If you Only have that 18L, as your profile suggests, then it is Always a good idea to have more than one wheel, as No one wheel covers every eventuality/use case! Also consider that it will provide a back up wheel if for some reason in the future, your New wheel needs some maintenance/work etc. The Sherman is undoubtedly a fantastic, fast, long range, stable riding wheel, but your 18L will Always feel way more nimble and manoeuvrable in comparison, albeit at lower speeds. The more wheels with varied use cases one owns, the better IMO!

HELL NO DONT SELL!!! I was just out today tooling around on the sherman. I prefer my 18L 100:1 over the sherman for EVERYTHING but long range high speed rides. 90% of the time, the 18L fits the bill of my needs. I have been riding the 18l in street and in fields and a little off road. It is a dream to ride. I FORCE myself to ride the sherman as I hope to eventually be able to ride it at slow speeds and with the finesse of my 18L. TOday proved the point. I FORCED myself to ride the sherman instead of the 18l. I managed to drop it 2-3 times doing basic turn arounds and NOW I have bruising because of it. In contrast, I can ride the mten and 18L without ANY of this issue. To be quite frank, if i didnt NEED a wheel that could do faster than 28mph, I would sell the sherman in a heartbeat. The sherman is a damn tank and a horrible choice for wheel, unless you specifically need the range or speed. MANY other choices out there that do more things better than the sherm. Keep the 18l, unless you are 90% long range and high speed riding. For basic 25mph and slower or when youll need to trolley or carry or ride slow with finesse, the sherman is a pile of shit(commence the hate mail responses). I KNOW you may find it hard to believe, but the ks18L/XL IS at the top of the quality pile. Buy a few others and youll quickly realize it. I was just telling my wife, my purple 18L is my fav and I'd keep it in a heartbeat and sell my others, if i had to. Don't be fooled into thinking that the most expensive and fastest wheel MUST be the best. Grass is greener and marketing is a kids game(ive fallen victmi mself). Its really sad to see so many people falling for the hype while starting to doubt the great wheel they may already own. listen to @fbhb. I cant vouch for his intelligence, but he's spot on about this at least! As for where to sell... I'd sell it here. The forums don't take a cut and MOST of the people here are not complete fools that are buying with the bullshit idea that they can return it if they dont like it. You know, the way ebay leads people to think and screws the sellers. Edited March 25, 2021 by ShanesPlanet

GothamMike
My garage has a large overhang, with a steel beam to support the rest of the town house, plenty of space for a second EUC to be chained to the house.
Popular Post VikB
I'm new to EUCs and have no plan to start a large herd and become an EUC rancher, but it seems to me like 2 wheels is a good number so you have a backup if one needs maintenance [especially when spare parts can be weeks away] and you have a loaner/learner wheel if you are so inclined to help someone else out.
