null
My father has some inexplicable behaviour from his Monster V3 100V / 1800Wh (stock): Two days ago it didn't balance properly after startup (floppy / soft), and making some noise. Not being there I asked for a video. The day after it powered on (did the chime) then nothing. (only video we got) Today I suggested to check if there was transport lock (no) any bluetooth, yes and connecting with Gotway app revived it. It now balances. This seems so random that it doesn't inspire trust. I'm not on site so can't give a better account of behaviour, but do anyone have an idea of what it could be? I told him to redo the calibration, though today it seemed straight enough.. Any idea? null
Update: It turns out that it was the lift button (or PCB?) that was broken in 3 (!) interrupting the balancing at random. I suppose the entire weight of the EUC went onto it rather than being designed so that the forces remained at the shell structure. This issue should have been easy to avoid, but then Gotway Edited March 6, 2021 by null
