Veteran wont charge past 99.70V and 96%

I received Sherman yesterday and rode down to 90%. Today when i charged, according to DarknessBot, battery wont charge past 96% and Voltage shows 99.70v.. how do i fix this

A small addentum - as it seems Veteran shows 100% only really if the battery reaches 100.8V.

Other wheels like GW or KS have some bigger 100% range! So with this system the 100% would be shown down to ~99V.

@JimJJ Veteran don't provide a battery percentage info - it's calculating in DarknessBot. 
@Ilya Shkolnik already fixed it in 6.1.1 version. it's already available in App Store. 100% shown at 99.6v now. The same is on GW wheels.
