Airwheel S3 charging fault

When I plug my S3 in the charger led turns off. Tried on 2 chargers same result. What is the fix? It’s not charging or starting.

How old is it? If the batteries are over 5 years and/or it has been sitting for a long time the batteries are likely bad.
