squirt
According to the current timelines on ewheels.com, the Gotway MSuper X is supposed to be available to customers by late June or beginning of July, and the King Song 18L by early July, but there do not seem to be any reviews yet from any pre-production models. There are short videos here and there showing people riding these but I can't find any reviews of these with detailed analysis, pros, and cons. It seems that with them scheduled to be in peoples' hands in a month or less, that there should be something by now. Has anyone seen or done a review of these yet? Unfortunately there was a mishap in KS 18L packaging: Msuper X still nowhere to be heard..
squirt
They need a battery quick disconnect on these things for shipping. Maybe a secondary switch or key.
Kael
Actually a key might be a good idea. Perhaps one that is removable even in the on position. I think some electric scooters have a similar system.
alcatraz
Imagine being a delivery guy and have one of the boxes suddenly start to do a shakey shakey dance in the car. Probably called immigration
da_toni
A much better packaging would be the best solution. One that is not able to accidentally push the power switch. Or some plastic strap that need to be pulled out before it can be used. Same transparent battery straps like it was in the tamagotchis in the late 90s until they got pulled out, the Armageddon started. ?
