novazeus Posted March 10, 2018 Share Posted March 10, 2018 if it is deemed u caused bodily or property damage resulting from loss of control of ur euc, is there insurance that covers the loss? like, does homeowners? here in fl, if u were zipping along at 20 mph, there are people that would intentionally try to get hurt to collect damages. ask gary is a lawyer referral service owned by a very rich chiropractor to assist people n filing claims. two of my cop friends that work for fdle, do nothing but work insurance fraud. There is a government funded accident compensation scheme, which looks after the injured and removes te need for reimbursement. There is still a potential issue with damage to property though...
