if it is deemed u caused bodily or property damage resulting from loss of control of ur euc, is there insurance that covers the loss? like, does homeowners? here in fl, if u were zipping along at 20 mph, there are people that would intentionally try to get hurt to collect damages. ask gary is a lawyer referral service owned by a very rich chiropractor to assist people n filing claims. two of my cop friends that work for fdle, do nothing but work insurance fraud.

Here in New Zealand, you can't sue a person for any injury caused... There is a government funded accident compensation scheme, which looks after the injured and removes te need for reimbursement.

There is still a potential issue with damage to property though...

Pretty much... Compensation for accidental injury.

Of course, if you crash into my car, I still want you to pay for the damage to that...
