AleUruguay
Hello colleagues, I don't speak English so I'm translating this on Google. I have an RS19 high torque from the previous generation (without display), last year (in December 2023) the board burned and I bought a new one, but from the new generation. Recently, about 3 weeks ago I have been having problems with charging the batteries, I connect the charger, then I connect it to the wheel, and the 2 green lights remain. I would like to know if this could be a problem with the board, since it is not the correct one for the model, I had to buy the "previous generation" (without display) and by mistake I bought that one, and alien rides told me no would have problems. Thank you. Edited February 16 by null All caps title
Frolic0415
Does it have the LG cells? Could potentially be a big fire hazard!
Mike Sacristan
What voltage is your RS at? Have you ever been able to charge it with this new board?
alcatraz
Possible reasons. Bad charger Plug not plugged all the way in Already fully charged Cable damage Port damage The battery packs are disabling further charge (maybe try to disconnect one of them and see it charging behavior changes. Only do it for a few seconds and report or you'll have the packs at different charge levels = very bad).
