Phonoman
So WheelLog is giving me very odd/wrong reports for the PWM - on two different wheels it goes over 100% easily while in reality wheels are both rated and go faster than this (also, going above 100% in reality wouldn't be possible, right?). V8F max top speed on paper is rated at 35 kmh and Nikola's - 65 kmh. Nikola has gone up to 69 kmh and riding around 60/61 is daily stuff, so none of this make any sense. Sidenote: I know my Nikola has been eating too much burgers and by default reports in MPH, but app settings fixes that. And even if the apps would be still calculating and reporting the KMP as MPH - it would still not be around 110% PWM.. So I don't have any guesses. Chriull
Some wheels report pwm% above 100%. Which does not make real sense but could be just a result as pwm % is just a factor beeing created by the (pid) control loop of the firmware. Noone told the control loop that this factor makes no sense above 100%. But it does not hurt - the mosfets are as "open" with 110% duty cycle as with 100%... Otherwise if the wheels do not report the pwm% this number is calculated by EUC World, which is "just some rough guess"... Reported speed can be much higher than max speed. The rated top speed of 35km/h of the V8F is the maximum value one can set the tiltback. If one lets the wheel spin freely lifted up one roughly reaches about twice this speed.

I think the other DB users have manually adjusted the PWM scaling, to ensure lift-spin shows 100% and not lower or higher. Consider trying that.

I wonder how reliable these PWM's would then be for the cutout prevention. I'm an Android head, tho, so no DB for me. But will check EUCWorld and WheelLog in this regard once I get to get back to outside world.
